DLC recognizes that student records contain confidential information. DLC will not release these records to third parties without the student’s prior written consent, except to individuals or agencies authorized by law to receive them.
Student records include, but are not limited to, enrollment status, transcripts, examination and test scores, examination papers, financial information, immigration status, admission and exit documents, correspondence between the student and the school or its staff, and other documents containing the student’s personal information, including administrative forms signed by the student.
Student records are maintained on DLC premises in locked cabinets managed by DLC administrative staff. Physical student records are retained for up to seven (7) years.
Students have the right to view their own records with the exception of records that contain information about other students or confidential recommendations from others.
